For Print Subscribers
Do you sell back issues?
RECENT back issues, depending on supply, are available directly from our Customer Service Department. Simply send an email to Customer Service requesting the Analog Science Fiction and Fact issues you’d like. We’ll get back to you with availability, pricing (generally cover price plus shipping), and options for payment.

Who do I contact about problems with my print subscription?
Send an email to our Customer Service department. Be sure to include your name and full address, and clearly state the problem. Please do not send an email to the editorial address, since we do not have the means to solve subscription problems.
I just placed an order for a print subscription. When can I expect delivery?
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the first issue of your print subscription to arrive. Subscriptions shipping outside of the United States may take 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.
How do I change my mailing address?
There are three convenient ways to update your mailing address:
- Change it online here.
- Email customer service your change of address (remember to include both your old address AND your new address).
- Write us (remember to include both your old address and your new address):

What is your cancellation policy for print subscriptions?
If at any time you’re not completely delighted with the magazines you receive, you may transfer the remainder of your subscription to another title, or cancel your subscription and get a full refund on all un-mailed issues. Contact customer service and to expedite service, be sure to include the title of the magazine, as well as your name, mailing address, and customer number (located on your mailing label).

How do I read my ePub and PDF files?
To read both ePub and PDF files you will need a reader and/or an App. You can read your issues on your tablet, eReader, mobile phone, or on desktop. Some popular options for readers and Apps are listed below, but even if your device or App isn’t listed here, it likely can read both types of files. Reading your files on your desktop computer requires either an ePub reader (for ePub files) or Adobe Acrobat (for PDF files).

Can I order a digital subscription by calling Customer Service?
Digital subscriptions must be ordered online, and require you to have a personal, secure ACCOUNT.
Why do I need an ACCOUNT to get a digital subscription?
Your personal ACCOUNT enables you to securely manage all the aspects of your digital subscription.
From your secure Account, you’ll be able to:
- View your purchase history and active subscriptions
- Securely update your address, billing information, credit card information, and password
- Access all the issues you’ve purchased
How do I get emails regarding my digital subscription? I am not receiving them.
Your issues are mailed to you from analog-orders@dellmagazines.com. Add this address to your safe contacts list to ensure delivery to your Inbox.
How long do digital issues remain available in my ACCOUNT?
Issues remain available in your ACCOUNT for 12 months. Download files to your device to ensure you have access to them.
Do digital subscriptions have to be ordered separately?
Yes, please order digital subscriptions separately from other products.
Can I see all my order records in my ACCOUNT on any Dell Magazines site?
No, each Dell Magazines site is separate. Order records, access to Downloads, etc, will only be visible in the MY ACCOUNT section of the site on which the order was originally placed.
Is my private information protected in My Account?
Yes, your personal information is securely held in your Account. In addition, your credit card information is securely held by your financial institution. We do not store any credit card information.
How are my digital subscription issues Billed?
New issues are published every two months on the 8th of February, April, June, August, October, and December. You will be billed on this date, shortly before delivery of each issue, using the credit card you have on file. All credit card information is maintained securely by the credit card processing company, and you can update your information at any time from your secure Account.
How are my digital issues Delivered?
New issues are published every two months on the 8th of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Your issue will be delivered as soon as your order is transacted using the credit card on file. Links to your issues will be immediately available in the Downloads section of your secure Account and will also be emailed to you.
The digital format isn’t working for me. How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time through your Account.
Can I keep the digital issues I purchase?
Yes, any digital issues you purchase are yours to keep. Files remain available in the DOWNLOADS section of your Account for 12 months. Be sure to download them to your device to ensure continued access.
Can I share digital issues with my friends?
No. Each digital issue is for your personal enjoyment. Your friends should buy their own.
I can’t find the email with the link to my new digital issue. How do I get it?
Links to any issues you have purchased are provided in the Downloads section of your Account. Files remain available in the DOWNLOADS section of your Account for 12 months. Be sure to download them to your device to ensure continued access.
Can I order digital back issues?
At this time, back issues are not available on AnalogSF.com.
Do you publish digital anthologies?
Yes, we publish digital-only anthologies for all of our fiction titles, including Analog Science Fiction and Fact, available at these e-retailers.

Do you accept email submissions?
We do not accept email submissions. Analog now uses an online submissions system that has been designed to streamline our process and improve communication with authors.
I submitted a story. Did you receive it?
Sorry, but we receive far too many submissions to track each one through our review process individually. But you can! After you have submitted your work via our online submissions system, a tracking number will be displayed and an automated email confirmation containing this information will be sent to you. If you have not received this email within 24 hours, please notify us by email. Your tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your submission through our submissions website, so please don’t lose it.
